The Elite Foundations Program™ is an 8-week functional medicine wellness program for women, designed to build a strong, sustainable health foundation — step by step. Each cohort is limited to 20 participants to ensure real accountability and community. Weekly modules cover the core areas that drive long-term health: nutrition, digestion, movement, sleep, stress management, mindset, and hormone health — with clear action steps you can apply immediately, not just concepts to remember. The program includes guided progress tracking, optional live group Q&A sessions with a licensed nurse practitioner and health coach, and a private accountability community. By week eight, you'll have a personalized health blueprint: a documented picture of what's working in your body, what isn't, and exactly where to go next — whether that's maintaining your new foundation independently or stepping into deeper, one-on-one functional medicine care at Elite Wellness.
