Without that foundation, even the best plans tend to fall short because they lack meaning and consistency. True, long-term wellness comes from building that base first. So your habits don’t just start strong, but they actually stick.
 

The Elite Foundations Program™ is an 8-week, step-by-step wellness program designed to help clients build a strong, sustainable health foundation using a functional medicine approach. Through short, easy-to-follow weekly modules, participants focus on core areas like nutrition, digestion, movement, sleep, stress management, mindset, and hormone health—learning not just what to do, but how to apply it in daily life. The program includes guided action steps, progress tracking, optional live group Q&A sessions with a provider and health coach, and a supportive community for accountability. By following a structured weekly roadmap, clients gradually implement lasting habits and create a personalized “health blueprint” that prepares them for deeper, more individualized care if needed.

Each cohort has 20 spots for women who are ready to dedicate their time and effort into setting the solid foundation it takes to make a true difference in their health that lasts.
