At Elite Wellness, our Certified Health Coach, Kelsi, works one-on-one with clients to help them:

  • Stay accountable to movement and self-care goals 

  • Overcome mindset barriers and self-sabotage 

  • Create balance in all areas of health — body, mind, and lifestyle

Then continue with: 

  • Bi-Weekly 30-Minute Follow-Ups — Consistent touchpoints to celebrate wins, troubleshoot obstacles, and adjust your plan. 

  • Ongoing Support & Accountability — Between sessions, you’ll have continued guidance and encouragement to keep you on track. 

  • Resources & Handouts — Educational tools and personalized recommendations to help you apply what you learn in real life. 

  • Fully Virtual Options — Meet from anywhere with secure, private video sessions.


Our memberships are ongoing and flexible — you can continue month to month and cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
